Some closings are so much more than a real estate transaction. This one will always hold a very special place in my heart. ❤️

I’ve known this BEAUTIFUL woman for a very long time, and having the opportunity to walk beside her through such a huge chapter of her life has meant more to me than I can put into words.

After losing her husband, she found herself facing a new life she never planned for. And now, she has made the incredibly brave decision to move forward and find a home of her own. I know there have been hard days, big emotions, and probably more moments of uncertainty than she’ll ever tell me.

But today, she has her own set of keys. 🔑🏡

She has a beautiful, easy-living townhome where she can settle in, breathe, make new memories, and slowly build a new chapter — one that may look different than the life she once imagined, but can still be filled with SO much happiness.

I am SO incredibly proud of you. ❤️ Proud of your strength. Proud of your courage. Proud of you for taking this step, even when I know it wasn’t easy.

Thank you for trusting me to help you through this, but most of all, thank you for being my friend. Getting to be there for you during such a meaningful time in your life is something I will always treasure.

☀️ August, You Were GOOD to Me! ❤️

What a month! August was one of those months filled with a little bit of everything—work, family, travel, great food and some pretty amazing memories along the way.

🏡 Celebrated closings with some wonderful clients
❤️ Took my momma out for lunch at City Vineyard
👶 Welcomed a sweet new great-nephew into the world
🍽️ Tried some great new local spots, including Surf & Sport and the new Marbled Experience
🔥 Enjoyed a weekend BBQ competition
🎰 Snuck away for a quick weekend in Las Vegas
🌈 Experienced The Wizard of Oz at the Sphere — WOW!
🏔️ And squeezed in a trip to beautiful Story, Wyoming

Looking back at these pictures reminds me just how much can happen in one month!

🍽️✨ LOCAL WITH KIM — A Billings Experience Worth Sharing! ✨🍽️

One of my favorite things about living in Billings is discovering and supporting the incredible local businesses right here in our community. ❤️
On August 16th, I had the opportunity to attend the very first Marbled Experience, and WOW… what an experience!

From beginning to end, the food, presentation and service were absolutely amazing. We enjoyed an entire culinary experience that included:
🍹 A beautifully crafted mocktail
👨‍🍳 Chef's bite
🍴 Appetizer
🥩 Entrée
🍰 And, of course, dessert!

Every course felt thoughtfully prepared, and the service made the evening even more special.
I love seeing unique experiences like this happening right here in Billings—and I'm always happy to give a shoutout to the local businesses that help make our community such a great place to live.
