Job Description
New World Enterprises INC is looking for a Mortgage Field Inspector to verify occupancy in the Wyoming area for mortgage companies.
What you will be doing:
SG Services and New World Enterprises is hiring Mortgage Field Inspectors.
A Mortgage Field Inspector conducts collateral inspections of mortgaged properties for financial institutions. As a Mortgage Field Inspector, your job duties include taking digital photos of houses, apartment buildings, and even construction sites to collect information.
MFI are required to Verify Occupancy, leaving door hangers, inspecting insurance losses and interior inspections.
No experience necessary will provide all training.
Schedule is flexible
This is a 1099 position. Paid by the inspection. Weekly Pay
Must have your own reliable transportation
Must pass a background check

Ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to interpret instructions given in writing.
Ability to calculate figures such as amounts, percentages, and proportions.
Ability to perform calculations using basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and multiplication-by-subtraction.
Ability to perform measurements using a tape measure or ruler.
Reads and interprets instructions in written form.
Maintains a thorough knowledge of the quality system at New World Enterprises INC.
Demonstrates good interpersonal skills with co-workers and supervisors.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities demands.
Able to work overtime as needed.
