Finally got to catch up with these folks from our closing over a month ago! We didn’t have a traditional closing where I got to hand over the keys or do the final walk through. Mike is such a busy person I’m glad we found a house in the little time he was here in town back in May! Couldn’t have been more blessed with such awesome people to work with! Somehow I missed posting celebrating this young man and the purchase of his new home earlier this month. I had a previous buyer purchase a home from the same builder and knew my client would appreciate their high quality and craftsmanship. Now they’re going to be neighbors! 🤣

These guys were the most laid back and easy going clients. They have lots to do before getting married next month as a lot of her family is flying in for the big event. Wishing you many years of happiness and wonderful memories as you start your new life in Montana!

In case you’ve been sleeping under a rock and didn’t know, I’m doing a HUGE motorcycle challenge in August. So if you need a house, let’s get busy and find you something because I will be out for around 3 weeks….no contact, not answering calls, emails, texts….NOTHING. I’ll be riding 10,000 miles around the country using only paper directions to get me from point A to point B and so forth, sleeping by my motorcycle, no GPS, pure old school. All this in an attempt to raise funds for the Ramsey Keller Foundation. They pay for babies funerals in Montana under 1 year of age. Here’s my event page to follow along.

I love when my clients send me updates about what they’re doing with their house! BUT…it took an unexpected turn when bones were found in the backyard. NOTE to sellers….please disclose if you’ve buried your beloved Fido in the yard.
