Yesterday, I sent out closing statements for my clients last year and also a link if their home isn't registered as their homestead. I had several that hadn't even though all my clients completed the homestead paperwork in our closing. PLEASE go on this site and check your property to make sure it's registered as your homestead. There will be significant tax changes if you don't!

The excitement is apparent for these first time home buyers! We found some pretty big issues on the inspection but we had a great selling agent and motivated sellers. After calming some nerves and practicing patience we got to closing. Congratulations Rob and Morgan!
