Closing day for someone who means the world to me 🤍

Being both the listing agent and a good friend is such a privilege — even when it’s bittersweet.

Billings won’t be the same without you, Angie, but watching you step into your dream life with your fiancé and baby in sunny California makes my heart so full.❤️

What a full-circle moment! ✨ Today we officially closed on my clients' home, and looking back at where we started is making me so emotional. Swipe to see our very first closing together 8 years ago! 😱🤰🏼

In that photo, I was pregnant with my now 8-year-old—it is truly such a gift to walk through these different life stages alongside my clients. Helping them find their next right home and thoughtfully preparing this one for the market has been a journey a few years in the making.

#2025 I really loved you! I felt like I was able to laugh, breathe, and find joy again. I was more present with my family, friends and clients. I kept promises to myself. I traveled. I am genuinely thankful for such a great year and look forward to following suit with #2026 🙌☀️🙏
