Closing days are the best 🫶🏻

So excited for my clients as they officially closed on their very first home here in Montana! We first met at an open house, and from day one there was an instant, genuine connection. Now that the papers are signed, I’m opening negotiations to stay friends. 😉

February came in with a baby… and went out with a closing. 💗🏡

I started the month by welcoming our baby girl into the world… and wrapped it up by closing on this fantastic home. Fun fact: I wrote this offer while in labor...just didn’t officially know it yet. 😂 I am so happy for these two and so grateful to have been part of another journey to homeownership. 🔑
