The market shifted in August…what does that mean for YOUR next move?

The market is shifting, giving buyers a little more breathing room. Active inventory climbed to 759 homes, while homes spent an average of 39 days on the market ~ up 37.5% from July.

The median sales price settled at $395,000, with both closed sales and new listings down for the month.

The takeaway? Buyers have more choices, and for sellers, pricing and presentation matter more than ever.
