Happy Fresh Veggies Day! Summer in Billings means the farmers markets will soon be firing up and local produce is at its finest. Here are a few easy ways to enjoy fresh veggies this season:

-Roast a whole sheet pan of whatever looks good & in season at the market
-Keep a simple veggie tray in the fridge for easy snacking all week.
-Try swapping one takeout night for a stir fry using whatever is in season.

The Downtown Billings Farmers Market is a great spot to stock up, so mark your calendars for the first market on July 18!
