I feel like I need to wear my Realtor sweater tonight. The last two days have been back to back showings, new construction design, signed two new clients, did inspection walk through and negotiations, staged and uploaded a new listing, and got a property under contract at 8pm for a new buyer! Whoooo! I’m now drinking a rum and Diet Coke and wearing my Realtor hoodie, thinking about all we do for our clients and how much I LOVE it!!
Not all Realtors are created equal, but I love and care about all my clients and their real estate goals! Here we go summer selling season!!

THIS IS A TRUE VICTORY! This client had a really really negative view of Realtors, from his past experiences.
He had no respect for our industry and had examples as to why he felt that way....he had every right to feel that way.
It took persistence, kindness, and hard work to show him and his wife that all Realtors are not created equal. Through every spicy text message, every doubtful remark, and every natural HUMAN concern, I showed them that their needs and goal were my main priority.
Sold their home when others could not, and got them the property they wanted, when others told them it could not be done......
Their dream property did not qualify for regular financing, and they wanted to use their well earned VA loan. I don't do well with the term 'no', so instead of throwing my hands up and saying, 'lets move on', I called on my many lender resources and MADE IT HAPPEN!
They now love me, and have a new found respect and appreciation for the real estate industry, and I made some lifelong friends. I will always do whats right by people...all people, not just my clients. I will also do EVERYTHING I can to continue to elevate our real estate industry, and show by example that I care. I care about people as a whole, my clients, our wonderful real estate industry!
