Wow this biz be CRAZY! This week:
Monday: paperwork and prepping for Zoom meeting with new build clients and builders reps, 5:30pm zoom meeting
Tuesday: meeting at build site with contractor, meeting with clients
Wednesday: walk through with new listing seller, set up pic for another new listing, printing out offer for buyer clients, printer isn’t working, it’s 1:05, supposed to meet clients at one, thank you to Chicago title for printing my docs! Met clients at 1:30, submitted offer at 2:30
Thursday: Inspection walk through for home currently under contract, lunch with sis, negotiating buyer offer, wrote new offer, offer accepted, uploading new listing, setting up home showings for tomorrow….drink wine😊
Friday agenda: prep for showings, put up sign and lock box on 2 new listing, show homes to buyer client, tour his home that will be listed, advertise new listings….🏠🏠🏠🏠
In between trying to eat good, exercise, serve the Lord, and be a human🤷🏻‍♀️
