It’s crazy to think that I’ve officially been in real estate for 10 years!

Over the last decade, I’ve had the opportunity to help close hundreds of homes, work with so many amazing clients, and be a part of some pretty big life moments. From first-time homebuyers to growing families, investors, sellers, and everything in between — I’m incredibly grateful for every person who has trusted me along the way.

Life and business look a little different for me these days, and I’m not actively pursuing a huge client load at the moment, but I’m still here, still working, and still loving real estate. ❤️

Bidding wars happen when a listing is priced with intention, positioned with proof, and marketed to build trust and urgency.

Show the value clearly, set expectations with comps and upgrades, and make the path to “yes” frictionless—clean terms, tight timelines, and smart scarcity signals.

Do that, and you’ll see multiple offers even when the buyer pool isn’t massive.

Not to nitpick but...

There are a few things I obsess over when touring a home.

It might take a few extra minutes, but being thorough protects my clients in the long run. Some things are easy to spot. Others take a trained eye and a few years of experience.

My clients know that when we're in house hunting mode, I'm weighing the details, comparing options and understanding what we can leverage.

Stop asking "how's the market?" I will always tell people not to sell, not to buy, and to stay put when that it is the smartest move for their goals.

Everyone’s situation is completely different — which is exactly why a one-sentence answer never tells you what you actually need to know.

Two people can ask the same “How’s the market?” question and get totally different advice… because their timelines, goals, and life plans aren’t the same.

That’s why it’s so important to talk it through with a professional you trust.

Someone who will look at your full picture and help you understand what the best move is — even when the best move is NOT to buy or sell right now.

Not if you’re unsure.
