I dont know about you, but I never get tired of the mighy Yellowstone River. With it running right through Billings, there are so many recreational opportunities. Whether you like to fish or just enjoy watching it, there is something for everyone.

Most people don't know that you have to sign a buyer/seller representation agreement. This is required, and it not only protects the buyer/seller, it protects the agent. This is signed before we, as agents, are allowed to show any homes to a buyer.
