💙 Reflecting on my almost 20 year real estate journey, I realize I took a unique path. Instead of starting with just licensing knowledge, I brought years of experience in escrow, title, and lending to the table. When the opportunity arose to support fellow agents under the Coldwell Banker flagship, I jumped in, eager to share mentorship, coaching, and negotiation skills.
🙌🏻 I learned quickly and deeply, thanks to an incredible mentor ( )who taught me how to navigate challenges and provide valuable broker’s guidance. I remember a moment early in my career when a fellow broker dismissed my contributions because I didn’t yet hold my “broker’s license”. That moment fueled my determination to prove my worth and elevate those around me.
My role has always been about empowering our agents, not direct competion with them. Through collaboration and support, I’ve built strong partnerships that have helped me achieve my goal of officially obtaining my broker’s license from the state of Montana! 🎉
