Leadership isn’t local. It’s global.
From the U.S. to Spain, I’m not just talking about cross-pollination… I’m living it. Connecting YPN and CRS across borders, building relationships that strengthen RRC worldwide. 🌎

Two years ago I flew to Spain on my own dime to speak at Inmocionate. The global connections I made were priceless and the energy and passion for RRC/CRS was undeniable.

I was a Navy brat.
Daughter of a proud service member.
Which meant a new town, new school, and a new state about every four years.

I learned early how to walk into unfamiliar rooms, adapt quickly, and find common ground with people who didn’t look, think, or live like I did. Change wasn’t scary — it was normal. Listening mattered. Respect mattered. Community mattered.

That upbringing shaped who I am as a leader today. I’m comfortable with change, open to new ideas, and deeply appreciative of different perspectives. I believe strong leadership isn’t about having all the answers — it’s about being adaptable, curious, and people first.

Those early lessons still guide me, and they’re a big part of why I lead the way I do today.

If you believe the future of RRC needs leaders who value connection, adaptability, and fresh perspective, I’d be honored to earn your support as I campaign for the role of First Vice President 2027 of the Residential Real Estate Council. 💙
