Sooo inflation has caused groceries to increase. Let's not buy groceries! Right? 🤔 Not quite. You beat inflation with coupons. Same with home buying. When you love what you do, it spills out to those who are nearby. I'd love to host anyone who wants to check out the Gulf Coast Area. It's really awesome here. We have events coming up for the holidays. The boat light show at jones Park, The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center to name a few. Speaking of events. A local 10 year old business owner Gulf Coast Party Bears will have her Bear Stuffing vendor booth at the Kroc Center on Division St on Dec 2 8a. Kids are doing great things here too! When you treat your AirBnB guests with the utmost majesty. This beautiful guest left flowers and heart felt note. It means a lot these days when people hand write you a letter. And after their stay they want to move to Biloxi after 40 years away. They also want to buy property here because they know what the Gulf Coast has to offer. Lots of things to do, extremely family friendly, investment opportunities out of this world, great food, A-rated schools, and cost of living is very reasonable. Don't sleep on Biloxi area. We are a hidden gem still. Lots of people found out during the plandemic though! If you want to stay a day or two and find out what we have to offer you can book and I'll make sure you are shown some Gulf Coast love!

That clench factor you get when a house your client had been looking at that now says "pending", came about when I looked back at this house yesterday. Before the selling agent sent the signed contract back me she posted it pending on mls. I was like nooooo. But then I got that email. Boi ya lady was like "oh yea"! Only went home shopping twice and found the one that checked ALL the boxes. I went in and told my client "This house is your speed. It fits your character." I have a God given ability to match human personality with character of homes. Not into just putting a person in house. Anyone can do that. My clients do NOT have buyer's remorse. I'm 0% on Buyer's Remorse. No knocking on wood needed. I follow God on my advise to my clients. Now it's inspection time! Call me if you want to avoid buyer's remorse too!
