Have you bought a home and have the smell of nasty cigarette smoke all over? Ni****ne and tar will stick to your walls. Here are some tips to try and get the smell out. Last one involves the most work but anything is worth it 😷
1. Change out your air filters
2. Use an air purifier
3. Use a mixture of water, vinegar, and elbow grease and start wiping down those walls!
4. Worst comes to worse you will have to prime the interior with a primer specifically made for stopping odors from things such as ci******es (hey, at least you can't put off painting now)
Hint: if you do the walls and the smell still lingers a bit then it may have reached the ceiling! You will have to repaint with a ceiling flat white paint after priming.
5. Not really a step, but you have a beautifully repainted home now, enjoy 🍾
