Post anything... post everything... post even if nobody sees it.
The point is not to have a huge social media following, the point is to have an active page where new potential clients can get a good overview of who they might be working with.
The point is to create a space that represents you and to market yourself.
After that, the point would be to have a healthy following in which to market your listings to; but you can't get there if you don't post first.
Now look at me taking my own advice. When business gets busy or life is a little hectic, the first thing to slack off is my own social media. The irony is that even when I'm not posting here, I'm actively posting Just Listed posts for my clients. I do not offer social media management... but, if I'm handed some templates to work with, I'll happily make it part of your package to post your Just Listed's, Closed, etc posts as part of my process of working your transactions.
