This client called us and asked if we could fix all the lackadaisical drywall patches and seam work that their contractor had made.

Between walls and bathroom ceiling, there was over 75 areas needing attention. After using Sherwin Williams primer to seal in the drywall repairs, we completed 2- top coats on walls of this requested Ben Moore color. The black trim was Scuff- X custom color also by Ben Moore.

Customer is a highly skilled DIYer who just needed extra man power to get their remodel project further along for tile and wet bar they’re installing themselves.

We completed a nice LR update for this young business professional…..paint, can lights, electrical socket and switch bugs, trim and casing corrections.

Unfortunately the ceiling and wall drywall has some areas where the skin/ shell is separating from the wall wreaking havoc for this homeowner and our update.

Everything was scraped and cut back just to be primed, filled with green top, and then sealed with kilz pva. Here we are before the ceiling finally gets some fresh flat white.
