KOManage is looking for an additional general maintenance technician to join our growing team! We are a property management company out of Downtown Binghamton, responsible for a growing number of apartments. Job duties would include travelling property to property to complete maintenance requests assigned through our property management software.

The ideal candidate will have a well rounded knowledge of general maintenance, and must have experience in renovations.

5 years of relevant experience and a Driver's License is required*
