Welcome back to all of the Bing University tenants! While you're getting back into the swing of things, a few reminders:

Save the emergency number! After 5 pm and on the weekends, if you have a lockout, heating, water, or electricity concern, call or text the on-call phone! Lockouts are subject to charge during NON work hours. Our office and regular maintenance are around 9-5 on weekdays. But we always have an on-call tech in the area in case there is a pressing issue. 607-321-7148

Remember: batteries for smoke and CO2 detectors and lightbulbs are your responsibility. We make sure they work during move in, but stock up one some for the year.

Be conservative with gas usage (heat). We know the cold months are here, but its far more worth it to throw a sweater on than to pay a higher utility bill.

Follow alternate parking rules. Per the City of Binghamton, Dec 1-March 15 has alternate side of street parking. What does that mean?

On EVEN calendar days, park on the EVEN side of street (Ie 42 Oak), and on OFF day swap to the other side (45 Oak). Change in parking must occur at 5 pm each day. IF you street has no parking areas/zones, those do not change! Alternate parking rules do not apply towards metered parking.
