Zenaida Rosario Licensed RE Salesperson I was born In Puerto Rico and raised in Brooklyn, NY in a Spanish and English speaking household. After Sep. 11 I relocated to upstate NY.

I worked at Sullivan and Cromwell Law Firm in NY for 5yrs. I started as messenger in the telephone room and worked my way up to an Administrative Assistant in the proof reading department. After a brief stint as an Administrative assistant in the medical field I was recruited to work for Shasho Jones Direct as an executive assistant. Glenda Shasho was the owner and CEO of the company. I spent 7 years as her assistant and learned a great deal about marketing. Jc Penny and J Crew were our biggest clients. I was responsible for scheduling appointments, events, and coordinating meetings. After September 11 the office was forced to close. I then relocated to the Southern Tier looking for a better life for my teenage daughter and myself and found a happier life for both of us. We have lived in Binghamton for 10 years now and we love it. I don’t see myself living anywhere else. I’ve always dreamed of owning my own home, and when I finally signed the closing papers and my agent gave me the keys ,I thought of her as the greatest person in the world. I then realized that I wanted to be that person handing over those keys or telling sellers your house has been sold. Seeing that look in their faces the look of achievement and excitement is a great feeling.
