Mill Creek Manor hosted an incredible group for a full-day strategy retreat and honestly, the photos say it all.
Morning sessions around the dining table. Presentations by the fireplace in the living room. Solo reflection time in a rocking chair on the front porch with spring blooms all around. And a fully stocked kitchen that made hospitality effortless.
This is what Mill Creek Manor was made for, not just a beautiful place to sleep, but a space where meaningful work actually happens.
✅ Spacious, beautifully appointed gathering rooms
✅ Quiet Lancaster County setting — no distractions, just focus
✅ Room to breathe between sessions
✅ All the comforts of a premium home, none of the hotel sterility
Whether you’re a leadership team, a small business, or a ministry looking for a place to think and grow together — we’d love to host you.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Guest Review from Maxine, New York

“We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was immaculate and truly felt like a home away from home. It was the absolute perfect stay for my family.

The pool and hot tub were in pristine condition. The game room was a great addition, keeping us entertained throughout our stay.

What really stood out were the thoughtful touches throughout the house. They provided so many essentials, making it feel like everything was considered for our comfort.

They even purchased and provided a cot for my grandmother who had trouble going up the stairs.

I highly recommend this place for families looking for a fantastic getaway! Thanks again!!!”

Thank you, Maxine, for sharing your experience. We love helping families relax, reconnect, and create lasting memories here in Lancaster County.
