🏡 SOLD | 1904 Walker Drive 🔑

They say the third time’s a charm… and for this one, it absolutely was! 🙌

After two failed contracts, we weren’t about to sit back and simply hope the next buyer came along. We got proactive, sought out the right buyer ourselves, and helped put together a deal that worked for our seller.

Contract #2 ❌
Contract #3 ➡️ CLOSED! 🎉

Real estate doesn’t always go according to plan. Deals fall apart. Obstacles happen. But our job is to keep working, keep problem-solving, and keep looking for a way forward.

Today, 1904 Walker Drive officially has a SOLD sign, and our seller made it to the closing table! 🏡❤️

Sometimes getting to SOLD takes a little more persistence—and we’re here for it.

🏠 REALTOR® Safety Tip: Avoid Confined Spaces

Stay aware. Keep your space. Protect yourself. 🔑
