This client had been having trouble selling their home. First they listed with another agent and didn’t get a buyer. Next they tried to sell it themselves with no luck. I originally met this client to help him purchase a new home, but ended up selling his current home instead! We listed the home at $140,000 on a Thursday, had an open house on Saturday, and had FIVE offers to pick from on Sunday! I ended up getting my client $15,000 over asking in three days!
