"The MT Dataset" - What is it?

It's utilized by Marketrend Appraisals+ for private/independent appraisals completed on the General-Purpose Appraisal Report (GPAR).

It allows for a direct comparison of data up against a lender's appraisal report which is completed on the Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR).

It's a Hybrid of the Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) which is required in all lender appraisal reports on the URAR. The UAD is a standardized way of reporting data with abbreviation and format requirements.

This is just another unique product and service provided by Marketrend Appraisals+. Right here in SE Michigan.
