One of the reasons I became a REALTOR is because the lack of help the older generation
offers the younger generation!! I had to find loopholes, do research, and get in school when it’s people sitting on the knowledge!! I did not let that detour me I kept pushing forward making sure to write down any loophole that would benefit my demographic!! My long term real estate goal is to become a broker so that I can help the generation after me so that they will help the generation after them!! If we don’t step up and guide and feed them knowledge now then our future generations are doomed!! Half-way through my first 12 and 24 more to go!! If I can get 5 people of my demographic to become successful in this industry and will vow to be a help to the next generation before I’m 50 I will feel successful!! I will feel like I made it where I wanted to be in life!!
