Yates averaged developing 10 CVS sites a year, without the assistance of current partners. Yates has developed over 100 Advance Auto Parts stores in FL, MS, AL, TN, MO, IO, IL, MN, and WI. The total investment outlay by Yates was $400M in development costs, and $10M of equity. Yates averaged 10 sites a year and was responsible for 10% of all AAP company stores development for a 10 year period. Yates Development is currently working as a Preferred Developer for healthcare giant Cano Health. Cano Health is the fastest growing primary care company, in the United States, for the last two years and has grown at a rate of 7,000% over the last three years. Yates Development is overseeing multiple ground up and custom renovation sites all across the Southwest United States.
