Around this time last year, Jake Meyer, Whitetail Properties Real Estate, and I were filming a property on the Mulberry Fork River. As the sun was about to drop behind the trees, I flicked a little crankbait under a limb while Jake manned the camera. I felt a thump...fish on! I couldn't believe our luck!
As you can see, Jake is very talented and captured some beautiful shots. These clips were featured heavily in the listing video, and as it turned out, the eventual buyer was primarily a fishermen. The river access and fishing was a major factor in what sold him on the property.
