Woodbury Management, Inc. is currently seeking a Part-Time/ Seasonal Groundskeeper to work closely with the maintenance team at our Owl Creek community located in Ann Arbor! The Groundskeeper will have overall responsibility for the property's cleanliness and curb appeal and will maintain common areas in the apartment buildings.

Responsibilities Include:

Meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, trash rooms, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, & common areas
Support Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance duties in a timely manner
Assist in preparation of market ready units.
Maintain pool chemicals and pool area.

Requirements Include:

Successfully pass drug test and background screening
Strong communication skills
Lift up to 50 lbs, bend over regularly, climb ladders
