And that’s a wrap on real estate for the year! 🎬

Thankful to work with some fantastic folks all around on this final transaction of 2023.

The housing market did some insane stuff over the last 12 months. We saw interest rates increase multiple percentage points very quickly, which took a lot of buyers out of the market and paralyzed a lot of listings.

As difficult as 2023 may have been, we can confidently say we learned more about how to do this job than we did in our first three years of real estate combined.

Thanking the Lord today for over 30 homes sold and just under $10,000,000 in production during a year that kicked a lot of agents out of the industry. We may be exhausted, but we’re grateful we’re still standing.

THANK YOU to the most amazing clients in the world who give us the chance to do what we love for a living!

Let’s see what 2024 holds, shall we? 🍾

The very first time I met Abby, I knew she had what it takes. I am so excited to welcome her to my little eXp family and show her the ropes of this crazy real estate world!

Abby interviewed a number of brokerages, as any new agent should, and ultimately landed on eXp because of the mentorship and resources available to her as a brand new agent. YAY!!!

What we have here at eXp is unprecedented, and I’m thrilled to watch Abby jump in and take advantage of the unlimited training options we have, both virtual and in-person.

Stan & Carol reached out to me in May of this year after being referred to me by a past client — the best!!!

It took us six months to find the perfect home for them, and it was SO worth the wait! Most buyers would’ve given up or settled for something less than ideal, but I’m thrilled that Stan & Carol stuck it out.

Today we closed on a better-than-new home near Mt. Laurel, where they’ll be a short golf cart ride away from countless amenities, AND they’ll finally be in the same city as their brand new grandchild 👶🏼🩷

Mackenzie and I had the best time working with Stan & Carol for the better part of this year. I’m sad this one is over! Welcome to Sweet Home Alabama, Payne family!! You will love it here 🏠🥂🫶🏼
