Jonathan Knudsen, Director of Development, recently served as Co-Chair of the Learning Lab Committee for Tampa Bay Construction Career Days, where nearly 1,000 high school students were introduced to careers in development and construction through hands-on experiences and direct industry engagement.

Across our LIV Development communities, the Goodfield Foundation hosted nearly 200 gatherings over the past year, connecting with close to 6,000 residents.

Each event created space for neighbors to connect, build relationships, and experience a deeper sense of belonging.

Strong communities are shaped by strong design leadership.

At LIV, our in-house architect sets the tone for the architectural style and detailing of every Livano project, curating precedent imagery and often developing preliminary sketches of floorplans and elevations that help establish direction.

From initial vision through design documentation and construction support, our architect works closely with our partners to ensure each decision reinforces the project vision, upholds Livano’s standard of excellence, and stewards our resources.
