Since then, this place has served as an automobile equipment company, a bowling alley, the Southeast regional offices of the Social Security Administration, and The American Red Cross. Today, Market Lofts on 3rd is a mixed-use redevelopment of that storied building - a 140,000 square-foot living space consisting of 192 luxury residential apartments and 4,000 square feet of commercial space.
