Brokered By Sold South Realty- This Carrington Lakes listing of mine really came together with the right setup.

My sellers already had great furniture, we just went in and shifted things around to open up the space and make it flow better. Sometimes less really is more.

My staging team at JG Realtor is really good at walking in and seeing what a room can be, then arranging the furniture to highlight that. We added a few items from our warehouse, but most of what you see was already in the home.

That’s the difference. It’s not always about bringing in new stuff, it’s about making the home feel right when someone walks through or sees it online.
