I don’t take this lightly.
93 buyers, seller, and/or investors trusted me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives, and for that I am beyond grateful. 🏡🙏🏽

As I reflect on 2025, the word that carried me through wasn’t motivation — it was discipline. Showing up on the days I was tired. Following up when it would’ve been easier to fall back. Staying focused when distractions were loud.

That’s why my word for 2026 is CONSISTENCY.

Consistency looks like:
• Doing the work even when results aren’t immediate
• Keeping your word — especially to yourself
• Staying committed when excitement fades
• Choosing progress over perfection
• Repeating the boring basics that actually produce results

Success isn’t built on one big moment. It’s built on small actions done over and over again.

Cheers to growth, gratitude, and staying the course.

Tonight, I successfully concluded the month with 12 homes under contract. For me, it's not about the sales; I'm thrilled that these buyers were able to take advantage of a 3.875% rate for the first year and 4.875% thereafter for the life of the loan, plus all their closing costs were covered and all of their appliances. The joy these buyers have excites me and makes my career worthwhile.

Well it’s back to reality‼️ I am soooo excited to announce my very first community since entering into new construction is SOLD OUT‼️ Over 50 homes were built and sold in this community. I am grateful for those who trusted me and various colleagues in the real estate and mortgage world to get them in the home. Thanks to my colleagues in real estate and home mortgage for working with me. I have been on the land team about securing more land in Birmingham as this community was definitely a hit. Until that happens, y’all come see me in Lincoln, Jasper, Athens, Toney, Meridianville, and Owens Cross Roads‼️

Yesterday I was honored to see my name in the top 5 in the region for home sales in 2024. 71 gross sales and 63 Net sales this year so far. This career is not for the weak! It is definitely a passion and I do it with a caring spirit. It is not about the 💰💰💰but helping others achieve their homeownership goals whether it is buying a home, selling a home, or investing. This is my craft and everything else comes with it. Those who know me know that I have a particular goal for the year and I am crushing it so far. To God be the glory! So if you see me playing hard it is definitely because I work hard for my people and there is proof in numbers. Data equals SUCCESS!
