Freedom Ventures PM is excited to announce that we are expanding! Thanks to our operational success, we're looking to add a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to our team.

📈 About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in helping us achieve our goal of managing 1,000+ units. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the multifamily real estate market, particularly in properties ranging from 10 to 200 units.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Generate and nurture business leads
Network effectively within the Birmingham, AL area
Develop and execute successful sales strategies
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders
Conduct market research and present compelling proposals

💼 Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years in business development, sales, or similar role within property management or real estate
Proven track record in the multifamily sector
Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities
