It’s irony that when a listing agent has multiple offers on a property they will feel giddy and lucky that their listing “feels like an auction” or most don’t realize it was the market which was taking them into an auction.

They even call that environment “a bidding war” but that phrase is incorrect as its still multiple offers toward a seller.

A bidding war is declared…buyer versus buyer.

Agents know so little about auctions or how our auction company plans for that scenario on every property we offer…
