Just gonna leave this here. Your first question should not be what is your marketing strategy. It should be how many houses have you sold in the past 2 years, buying and listing side. If you aren’t in houses day in and day out and writing offers in this market, you can’t have any idea where to price a house, how to get an offer accepted or at what price you should wave goodbye.
