In the past five years, the company has shifted it’s focus to being just a property management company and we are presently managing over four hundred properties in the Greater Metro Birmingham Area. Barrington Real Estate has a variety of properties ranging from low to moderate income family neighborhoods to higher income neighborhoods. Barrington Real Estate, to date, is the largest Section 8 landlord in the Birmingham area.
