This one went QUICK!
We’ve worked with Jackson & Arwen a few times before. This time, they found another home they loved and needed to sell. So they called us again to get the benefit of our full-service flat fee listing model.
As we all know, location matters! Since their home was in the beloved Oak Mountain School District, we were expecting this one to attract a lot of buyers. And we weren’t wrong!
We filmed a professionally edited listing tour video and put hundreds of dollars behind it using our targeted social media strategy to make sure it got maximum exposure. We racked up nearly 40,000 eyeballs in the first five days.
There was a lot of interest as soon as it hit the market, and we ended up getting multiple offers! In fact, their home went for well over $10,000 beyond list price.
Needless to say, they were happy clients.
