Join us for the opening reception of The Magic Ingredient, a photography exhibition by Birmingham based photographer Mary Fehr and a chance to meet the artist behind the work.

Mary has a special way of capturing the people and places that make Birmingham shine. In this exhibition, she turns her lens toward the city's food community, featuring portraits of the chefs, owners and teams behind some of Birmingham's favorite restaurants.

Come raise a glass with Mary, get a first look at the exhibition and help us kick off a week celebrating Birmingham's food community as Southbound gets underway.

With heavy hearts we would like to let everyone know our Maintenance Man Dakota Brown Passed away Friday night in a car accident! We sure are going to miss his kind , sweet soul! He was always willing to help anyone and did so much for the community!
His celebration of life will be held Thursday September 3rd 2026 at 5:00 and the service will follow at 6:00 at Union Hill Baptist Church in Bessemer , AL!

His family is taking donations for his Daughter Alaya to have a 529 Alabama Educational Savings account!
We will miss you Dakota! You were one of the good ones!
