Extremely happy for my clients as they just closed on the sale of their current home and purchased a brand new one! The process had a lot of moving parts and came with a great deal of challenges. But they were very trusting of the process and really determined to find a new home and sale their home to someone that would cherish and take care of it as they did. After getting out bid on several and unable to reach an agreement on a few, we finally found the perfect house for them. They are extremely happy with it and can’t wait to move in and call the new place home.
