GET RID OF YOUR HOUSE WITHOUT THE MADNESS
I talk to landlords and homeowners often. They bought the house for a multitude of reasons, and maybe one of these are yours too...
1. You wanted to make an investment... thought it was the right thing to do, maybe you rented it out, or you raised your own family in it and now they are grow
2. You bought it, and are ready for the next big leap, the bigger (or smaller) space that is perfect for YOU, and you need to get it off your hands easily

My schedule looks to be open until the end of May currently, so I'm creating pockets of time to discuss options with folks who want to sell their homes.
I want to make sure that anyone I speak to has the information they need to know if I'm the right person to buy their home as simplistically as possible.

1. We talk. I understand your situation and give you FREE thoughts on what's best, whether that includes working with me or not (I'm in this for the long haul and my closest friends and family tell me I have a fault of over delivering and caring too much all the time. It works well in business though!)
2. Even if you aren't sure yet, I will give you a purchase price for your house.
This means NO REPAIRS to the property.
The house will be purchased AS IS.
I will pay all closing costs on the purchase.
