🎉Colina Ranch Hill, Tapestry East Bay, and Tapestry University Park came together to celebrate our 2026 Onsite Teams Day.🎉

The theme, “Committed to Community – Powered by Teamwork,” really came to life. Regional Manager, Danielle Joyce, surprised the team with themed T-shirts that added a fun touch and brought everyone together. The teams were celebrated at TopGolf, where everyone enjoyed some friendly competition.

It was a memorable day that reinforced the strength, connection, and teamwork.

Earlier this month, our teams at Colina Ranch Hill, Tapestry East Bay, and Tapestry University Park attended Tampa Bay Area Apartment Association's Trade Show.

This year’s theme, Superpowered Solutions, brought an extra level of fun to the event. From vendors dressed as superheroes to an AI photo tool that turned our team into superhero versions of ourselves, it was a memorable experience all around. It was a valuable opportunity to connect with industry partners across the Tampa Bay area, exchange ideas, and bring back fresh insights to enhance the experience we deliver to our residents every day.

A heartfelt thank you to Apartment Hunters Arkansas for honoring Thomas Martin, Assistant Community Manager, River House, Little Rock, in such a meaningful way. Renaming the 2025 “Best Touring Agent” award to the Thomas Martin Award is more than a tribute—it’s a reflection of the lasting impact Thomas had on everyone around him.

Since his unexpected passing in December, we’ve all felt the weight of his absence. But this gesture reminds us that his legacy lives on—in the lives he touched, the relationships he built, and the standard of excellence he set every single day.

Big congratulations to the team at Colina WeHo Apartments on surpassing 50% leased and reaching 59.03% leased. This is a huge milestone and a reflection of the hard work, persistence, and dedication this team has shown every step of the way.

Several years ago, Arlington had the honor of helping Hatching Hope expand its impact by supporting the purchase of a Sprinter van—a critical tool that enables its team to reach disaster-impacted communities quickly and deliver essential resources more efficiently.

🌟We’re proud to spotlight Arlington Properties Regional Property Manager, Mary Beth Taylor, CAM® CAPS®!🌟

Mary Beth recently joined colleagues from the Mobile Bay Area Apartment Association as a panel member for the Jaguar Real Estate Club Lunch & Learn at the Mitchell College of Business at the University of South Alabama.

She and other MBAAA colleagues shared real-world experience with 20–25 students, many of whom are currently studying Principles of Real Estate. The timing was intentional, as students are currently covering Marketing & Tenant Retention and Understanding the Lease in their coursework.

The discussion centered on real estate career exploration and the many rewarding opportunities available in our industry — along with the positive impact involvement in professional organizations like the Mobile Bay Area Apartment Association can have on long-term career success.
