Creative finance expert Brian Trippe is speaking at the Alabama Real Estate Investor Association on Feb. 11.

Brian has done hundreds of creative finance deals in his 13-year real estate career, most of which were negotiating seller financing. But he has also done a number of deals using options, wraps, and sub-to.

He is going to be talking about how and why you would use these strategies, with real world examples. And Scott Wood, who is with Jacob Title, is going to be joining Brian to talk about the legalities and risk to doing each of these types of transactions.

It's going to be a great time of networking and real estate training.

We keep growing!

Since the relaunch six months ago, our numbers keep climbing. Had a nice crowd on hand last night to hear from attorney and tax property expert Denise Evans.

Denise did a fantastic job explaining the differences between the old system and new system in place. And, more importantly, gave us a blueprint on how to make money today with Alabama tax properties under the new system.
