🌟 CLOSING DAY 💫

Congratulations to the Davis family on the sale of your home!

This one has an interesting backstory. Anyone that knows the Davis family knows that their love for the beach runs deep. I knew they had talked about moving to the beach at some point but they weren’t sure what that timing looked like.

I have some sweet clients of mine that currently are out of state and looking to move back home. I knew what they wanted in a house and knew that the Davis’ house fit that criteria perfectly. I decided to reach out to Kristi and let her know that I have a family looking and felt like they would really love their home. I was fully expecting them to tell me they were not interested in selling at this time but actually they had been seriously discussing the fact that it was time to make the move.

The stars aligned and we were able to work everything out perfectly!!

As much as I hate to see the Davis family go, I know they are going to love living on the Gulf Coast. My clients are so excited to officially become residents of Alabama again next week!
