We offer a “matrix” of real property services including real property appraisals, appraisal reviews and advisory for commercial, industrial and residential property; comprehensive real estate appraisal management services (these can range from evaluating the qualifications of your approved appraisers to ordering the appraisal and engaging the appraiser to reviewing the appraisal report and paying the appraiser in behalf of the lender); ad Valorem tax appraisal consultations and appeals; real estate brokerage and acquisitions; feasibility studies; income property investment analyses and consultations. EXPERIENCE—We’ve carefully selected our analysts for their extensive experience, expertise, and professionalism. You expect nothing less than an expert to evaluate the property and the market. All appraisals are roundtabled to benefit from each senior analyst’s knowledge and experience.
FAST TURNAROUND—Need it fast? Take electronic delivery of your report. Need to send a copy to your reviewer in a distant location? Tell us and we’ll send it electronically at the touch of a button. And we’ll always meet or beat our agreed upon turnaround time. If there is an unavoidable cause of delay, we will notify you immediately. Your time is a terrible thing to waste.
PRICING—Our fees are extremely competitive. If we’ve done a similar appraisal, we can probably do yours for less. Volume clients get lower fees. To save money, we’ll help you decide which level of reporting is actually required for your needs (Restricted-Summary-Self-contained). You should pay only for what you actually need.
QUALITY REPORTS—Reports are superbly written, concise and logically compiled. All pertinent facts essential to your lending decision are expertly summarized in the first few pages. You won’t waste valuable time thumbing through lengthy reports to find essential information.
