“A 50-year mortgage?”
It sounds like a way to make homeownership more affordable — lower monthly payments, easier entry for first-time buyers, and maybe a chance for more people to get into a home.

But here’s the flip side: slower equity growth, much higher interest costs over time, and potentially higher home prices as buyers stretch their budgets.

So while it might help some buyers in the short term, it could also make long-term affordability even tougher.

Montana… what an unforgettable week. 🌲💍
Our marriage intensive was nothing short of amazing. We formed deeper relationships, made new friends, laughed, cried, and created memories that will stay with us forever.
