Long post... but so necessary.
To most of you this is an adorable family photo in front of a home that I, the REALTOR®️, presumably sold.
In fact, this IS INDEED an adorable family in front of a home I sold them a few years ago. However for me, this photo is SO much more. This photo reminds me that I get to share in many important milestones in my clients lives. I get to (sometimes) see them go from being single to getting married. Then having families and growing those families.
This photo reminds me that I am so lucky to be a part of people’s lives. I get to be a part of the excitement and growth. I get to add years of sage council and market knowledge to the mix.
This photo greeted me when I stoped to meet with Mollie and Jeff Friday at their house and it hit me HARD when I saw it..... “Man, I sure do love what I do”.
Lately I have struggled with social media and how to find my voice amongst all the “noise”. How to be sincere, sensitive and authentic in the chaos. How to remind people I’m here working and selling houses.
That all changed Friday with this photo. This is what I love. Being a part of this. Even when it’s a small part. It makes me happy and fills my cup. I can’t think of anything more sincere and authentic than that!
