Raising Cane's is headed to Trussville, AL! Sam Centeno, Bradley Keller and Alex Holt represented Cane's in securing the former Pet Supplies Plus outparcel at the Promenade at Tutwiler Farm, where construction is now underway. An opening is planned later this year, marking the 4th freestanding Raising Cane's in Alabama. Martin Smith and Cooper Smith of SRS represented the landlord.

Whenever Ben and his family are looking for a spot to watch a game, hangout, and eat some good food, Martin's BBQ is almost always the spot. His order: the sliced beef brisket tray with slaw and mac & cheese. Frances's pick is Blueprint, an incredible dinner spot with a great atmosphere. Her tip: get whatever the catch of the day is, hers was the spicy blackened redfish.

The New York Butcher Shoppe is coming to Town Madison! Stephanie Hill represented the landlord, with Tim Gully of GENREV Properties representing the tenant. The concept plans to open in early 2027.

Tropical Smoothie Café has opened at The Shoppes at District 31 in Alabaster. Garrett Laurie represented Tropical Smoothie in this deal, working alongside Keith Owens at Alumni Properties. Excited to see another great tenant join The Shoppes at District 31.

The team food series rolls on with two neighborhood classics.

Alex's pick is Mudtown, a Vestavia Cahaba Heights classic he's been going to forever, and in his words, "the people are the best there." His order: the Pontchartrain Pasta. Sam's spot is Jack Brown's, where he gets The Smiley, their signature burger with add-ons like bacon and BBQ sauce. Burgers, draft beers, and a good playlist. In his words, "this place encapsulates all those things."
