Meet Sam Rysedorph!

Sam joined Southpace earlier this year on the retail brokerage team, focusing on tenant and landlord representation and acquisitions alongside his brother, Ben. An Auburn University graduate, he brings experience from the investment sales side of commercial real estate. He is excited to grow the Rysedorph brothers' brand at Southpace. Outside of work, he enjoys live music, exploring the city, and watching sports with friends. We are so excited to have him on the team!

A graduate of Auburn University, Ben brings experience in supply chain management and investment sales that shapes how he approaches retail real estate.

A Birmingham native, he’s excited to grow his career alongside his brother, Sam, while enjoying live music, the outdoors, and is excited to have just welcomed his first child with his wife, Bentley!
