This was one of the first houses I flipped as
3D Properties. I remember every detail. I even remember the tenants name! We learned so much flipping this one... mostly what NOT to do ! Lol

The 1741 house was purchased with the intent to renovate, place furniture, and use as a mid term rental. We are in the middle of re financing it out of our private money loan right now. That does a couple of things.
1) frees up our private money loan to go back to work
2) gets us on a lower interest rate
3) gets us into a 30 year loan wich brings the payment down

Im going to spend some time today to fet it up at least on Air BnBs platform and try to generate some income while the process is working.

We have done this over 20 times recently. The process works.
