This should be fun… This will be a good opportunity for folks listening to call in and ask questions about the real estate market here in Southeast Michigan as well as learning how my little company has become one of the top producing real estate companies in the state. I’m sure we’ll touch on the recent NAR settlement and how that’s affecting buyers and sellers as well as other questions callers may have. I’m looking forward to this. None of this changes anything for my company… Actually, I think there’s a chance we will do better because I have a feeling more buyers will come to us directly to buy our listings because they won’t need to pay a buyer agent to find them a house. If anyone buys one of our properties directly you won’t have to pay us anything. 😊🏡

The 6% commission, a standard in home purchase transactions, is no more.

I’m wrapping up this year‘s business and getting ready to call it a year… As of today my little company had over 250 closings in the past 12 months. There’s a reason that that many people trusted me to sell their homes. It’s actually pretty simple.
