This wasn't a stale listing or a motivated seller. It was a custom home in Blackshear that moved fast at a strong price. And our VA buyer still walked away with $29,152 in seller concessions.

Here's why that matters. In a traditional deal, the seller typically pays a 3% buyer agent commission, roughly $21,000 on a home this size, on top of any concessions. With Homepoint, our fee was a flat $5,000.
